About this contract

This is a Contract Notice for the supply of Property Consultancy services to support the Estates department and more specifically the Property team. The Contract will run for a period of two years anticipated to commence on the 01 June 2019. There will be an option for the University to extend the Contract by a period of one year. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
