About this contract

The project comprises external renovation works to the existing Trinity St. David's Church, including but not limited to: - re-roofing the building (re-using the current slates) - repairing rainwater goods - cleaning the stonework - undertaking masonry repairs - repairing the leaded glass windows - renewal of external joinery - landscaping. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
