About this contract

The Language Centre Parkinson Building Refurbishment scheme seeks to redevelop existing accommodation for the Language Centre School, which is currently located in the Parkinson Building. The refurbishment will improve the condition of offices and teaching rooms on Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. The net usable area for the scheme is 1,248m2. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
