About this contract

Main Contract Works to undertake the repair, restoration and re-ordering of Kelmscott Manor and associated estate buildings in line with best conservation practice. Works also include the construction of a new build learning Centre , upgrading / replacement of site wide services and enlargement / upgrading of an existing car park facility. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
