About this contract

Aldwyck Housing Group is seeking to appoint a provider to conduct the back-scanning of its housing documentation. It is estimated that there are 1,200,000 images within 11,500 separate tenancy files. Please note that the majority of images will be A4 size format with a minimal number being A3. All other larger formats will be dealt with by exception. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
