About this contract

Fit out to the top floor units at DesBox, East Richardson Street, High Wycombe HP11 2GG. DesBox is a complex of light industrial / artisans' studios constructed from repurposed shipping containers. Each studio unit is formed from one, two, or three 40' containers with the connecting sides removed to form the workspaces. The work included within this specification is: •Thermal insulation; •Metal studwork, plasterboard wall and ceiling linings; •Lighting and small electrical power circuits; •Installation of kitchen units and water heaters; •Installation of toilets; •Skirtings and other trims; •Decoration; •Floor coverings Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
