About this contract

The current Out of Hours call handling service contract has now expired and therefore a tender opportunity has arisen to provide this service to Hightown. An average number of 250 inbound calls are dealt with per month (approx. 220 in the summer months, rising to 380 in winter), over a 12 month period of a repairs and maintenance nature. There are currently in the region of 4781 dwellings plus associated communal blocks which the service will cover for repairs and maintenance emergency calls. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
