About this contract

The Works comprise replacement boilers and flues, replacement gas risers and supply and associated internal works to 31 no flats at Faraday Court and Edison Court, Watford, Hertfordshire. WD18 6AD These upgrading works are defined as running external gas pipework from the position of the external floor mounted gas meter boxes, to the position of the gas supply pipework for the boiler point. The programme of the work will be agreed with the successful contractor prior to commencement on site. The contractor is to allow for having adequate installation teams working on the site simultaneously, working on batches of houses on different parts of the site. This is to minimise disruption to the residents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
