OPA have identified the need for a Competent Person to review the existing management of Motor Transport (MT) including Dangerous Goods (DG) to identify improvements, develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient management of MT in the UK only. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
