About this contract

The Masterplan is required to inform the potential for the future growth and development of the Hemswell Cliff Strategic Development Area. It must also inform and have regard to the emerging Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The process needs to consider the potential options for both employment and residential growth, outline the associated key infrastructure/facilities/services requirements and develop a green space framework as the setting for this strategic development area. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
