Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust requires the services of an experienced Building Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of part of the main hospital corridor - including strip out existing internal finishes, fixture & fittings ready to receive new interior finishes incl. replacement lighting and heating Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
