About this contract

Catalyst Housing Ltd wish to appoint a specialist communications/consultation agency that will help guide, deliver and support our external affairs work as we prepare a planning application, and manage responses to it after its submission. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
