About this contract

The works are to include for providing a suitable scaffolding for working at height to all elevations of the dwelling. Stripping the existing covering and providing breathable felt, laths and tiles any temporary covering and all associated works. Providing fascia's, soffits and rain water goods. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
