The University is seeking an experience Contractor to install electrical infrastructure to supply a new Modular Teaching Building at it's Essex Campus. Following this, the University is keeping this opportunity open up to 31st July 2020 for similar category works and repairs providing that the values do not exceed an aggregated value of £4,000,000 for infrastructure works and £170,000 maintenance services (above the OJEU Threshold) as the advert this was procured on was under the OJEU Threshold. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
