About this contract

Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide internal refurbishment and redecoration works to Political Groups Rooms, Members Room, PBX Room, Council Leader Room, Cabinet Room and Support Office at Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1PJ. The works required are internal refurbishment and redecoration of various areas in three consecutive sections, and further details are provided within the tender documentation.
