NOTE: This notice was updated on 18 October 2016 for the following reason: The Access code, to register and download the documents for this opportunity is FYWZED2RC3.Redecoration to External and Communal Areas and Associated Works to Colchester Borough Council Housing Stock in the Borough of Colchester, Essex There will be a single term contract for cyclical redecorations to homes in the ownership of Colchester Borough Council and managed by Colchester Borough Homes, comprising internal and external redecoration, associated repairs to building fabric, and renewal of soffits, fascias, gutters and downpipes. The Contract will be for a four-year period, with the opportunity to extend for up to two years based upon performance. The overall contract value excluding VAT is approximately £1,600,000.00. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest must be registered using the electronic portal at www.delta-esourcing.com by 17:00 Hrs on 11th November 2016. Completed submissions must be uploaded by no later than 12:00 Hrs (noon) on Tuesday 15th November 2016. it is envisaged that the tender will be issued to short listed suppliers on 1st December 2016.
