About this contract
The primary purpose of the UIC study is to provide robust evidence about the utilities infrastructure investment necessary to support long term growth (to 2050) in the broad locations identified by the Strategic Growth Plan (SGP), and an intermediate assessment for the period to 2036 for which more detailed requirements are known. The study should build on existing evidence and known commitments to establish an up-to-date infrastructure baseline. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
