NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 October 2017 for the following reason: Amended the email address of the concerned manager for interested bidders to contact for further information.Ashford and St. Peters NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) and The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) wish to procure a marketing consultants to manage the disposal of circa 11 hectares of land on the western side of St.Peters Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PZ.The western part of the St.Peters hospital campus is owned by Ashford and St. Peters NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) and The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP). Part of the land owned by ASPH includes staff accommodation leased to Optivo Housing Group (OPTIVO) until 2031. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
