About this contract
Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust (the Trust) wishes to tender for First Step Nursery Revamp Works at St Peter's Hospital. First Step Nursery building at St Peter's Hospital was built around 1938. It looks very poor from the front of view, because of old and rotten wooden doors & windows, old and rusty canopies, and some wall & floor problems caused by rain water, therefore it requires large amount of revamp works. The purpose of this project is to replace 2 canopies, all front wooden doors and windows, all front guttering and old facia; to repair walls & floors of the Quite Room, and make good all related to these works. Bidders are strongly advised to visit the site and take measuring if needed before offering. The work area is on ground floor. The building is a single-storey construction. The access route into the building will be via the front gates. The Contractor shall visit site before quoting to familiarize with the building and project's requirements. All measurements and locations shall be taken from site and not drawing. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
