About this contract
The Council is seeking expressions of interest in respect of the the works to complete a full refurbishment and re-fit of the Second Floor of the Coval Lane Building (Phase 2 section only) based on Chelmsford, Essex. The works will provide a modern refurbished office floor which will provide a managed space for small businesses who will have access to the local business support landscape. This process is subject to a geographical reservation under PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Contracts to the Essex region. Please do not apply if you are not located in the Essex Region. Please complete the requested documentation Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
