To deliver a service that ensures birth families and those affected by adoption and SGO's are supported to manage the impact of adoption/SGO's on their lives through access to independent, impartial information, advice and counselling. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
