About this contract

Chelmsford City Council on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership (SEPP) wish to appoint several suitably experienced contractors to a framework contract from which work orders can be called off to: undertake ad-hoc contractual maintenance for the signage and lineage of on-street prohibitions and restrictions on stopping, waiting, loading and designated parking places, and; undertake installation for the signage and lineage of new Traffic Regulation Orders.
