Reactive Repairs and Major Works External Contractors. LOT 1 - Electrical - fault finding, repair and inspection LOT 2 - Roofing - flat roof and pitched roof repair and replacement (including canopies) LOT 3 - General Builder - ground works, paving, brickwork, concrete, flooring, glazing, carpentry & plumbing LOT 4 - Fencing LOT 5 - Scaffolding & Access (for mhs DLO use) LOT 6 - Minor Adaptations LOT 7 - Gas Inspection and Maintenance for Voids and Planned Works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
