About this contract

The Duchess of Kent Psychiatric Hospital in Catterick is to be demolished. The work involves demolishion of structure, floors, slabs, foundations to 1m below ground level. This notice is for expressions of interest, we shall compile a tender list from the responses we receive. All subcontractors that work for CarillionAmey Limited must undergo a pre-qualification process. All subcontractors' operatives and subcontractors will be subject to security vetting prior to being allowed to work on the Contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
