About this contract
Minor planned maintenance repair works to 20 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough including; •Flat roof refurbishments •Minor building repairs, brick work/render repairs, external cladding, roof repairs, decoration works, paving improvements, fire safety works, rainwater and soil goods, wood block floor repairs and some investigation works as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works. The tender return date is 12.00 noon Thursday 18th October 2018. The tender period is 4 weeks. The documents are; •ITT Parts 1 & 2 - ITT 2018-2019 Planned Maintenance Works including; full instructions form of tender certificate of non-collusion quality questionnaire •Part 3 - CPBC Planned Maintenance 2018 - Preambles and Specification •Part 4 - CPBC Planned Maintenance 2018 - Schedule of Works & Pricing Document (Excel pricing document) •Part 5 - Pre-Contract Health and Safety Information for issue •Drawings o180141-01 - General location plan - Section 1 o180141-02 - general location plan - Section 2 Additional information: Site visits for all tenderers will be held on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th October 2018
