About this contract
The Forestry Commission requires a Digital Strategist to audit its current approach to digital communications and engagement, identify key strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and develop a 3 year digital strategy with the Digital Content Manager, producing a roadmap and actionable steps to embed this strategy within the organisation. The FC also requires an SEO Tactics and Workshop brief to cover the following requirements; audit and report on existing SEO presence, suggesting easy wins and critical threats, work from the new digital strategy, suggesting a tangible medium-term plan of action for improving our SEO rankings, including the techniques needed to implement it, deliver a tailored workshop to train a core group. This should cover implementation of your plan of action, as well as broader SEO tactics, equip this core group with the tools they need to deliver this workshop to other web publishers in the organisation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
