About this contract
NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 September 2019 for the following reason: Incorrect link attached to notice to access the Tender opportunity(Forestry England launched in April 2019 and awareness is low. There is a lack of understanding of our work in caring for the nation's forests and how this benefits people, wildlife and businesses. We want to increase awareness and understanding so people form a connection to the forest and support our work now and in the future through visiting, advocacy and donating their time and money. This will allow us to continue to look after these forests for the next 100 years. We are looking for a supplier to create a creative concept for the brand campaign that creates an emotional response to the work Forestry England does to care for the nation's forests. Media has not yet been agreed but is likely to include: •Outdoor & print concepts (formats TBC) •Adapted video assets for use on digital outdoor formats and online ads Mandatories •The brand video that we created earlier in the year has received incredibly positive feedback internally and with partners. We would like to repurpose this content to use externally in a pithier, shorter video format, retaining its emotional pull Out of scope •Media planning and buying - to be delivered by Manning Gottlieb under the government media buying framework. We would like you to work in partnership with our media planner to develop the campaign •Artwork - to be completed in-house) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
