About this contract

The work involves the fitting out and extension of a vacant retail unit on the lower concourse at Bradford Interchange. The finished work will provide an area where WYCA can print bus timetables and other information that is provided at bus stops throughout West Yorkshire. The building work includes:- • Demolition of internal walls. • Extension of the existing unit to create addition floor space including the provision of a new glazed frontage. • Provision of a new electrical installation including power and lighting. • New ventilation and fire alarms connected to existing systems • Plastered walls and new suspended ceiling works. • New wall floor and ceiling finishes Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
