About this contract

The project is to undertake priority remedial works to items that have been affected to date. The repairs are to have a lifecycle of 10 years. Maintenance at 4 sites: Fairmile House, BH23 2JT Shelley Rd, BH1 4JQ The Junction, BH8 8DD Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
