About this contract

Boston Borough Council invites tenders from suitably qualified multi-disciplinary Consultancies who can provide demonstrable expertise related to the identified site considerations including setting out design principals. The Masterplan document should also make suggestions for new buildings around health, leisure, day and evening economies. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
