About this contract

The scope of the Contract is the provision of Damp Prevention Surveys and Remedial Works to Pioneer properties. Damp Prevention Surveys shall be undertaken at the following property types: •High rise flats •Low rise flats •Houses •Bungalows •Offices •Community centres •Football stadium The Remedial Works shall include but not be limited to: •Plastering •Thermal boarding •Mould and damp prevention treatment •Damp proofing works •Ventilation systems Full details of the Works and locations included in the scope the Contract are contained in the Specification set out at Appendix 1 of this the Invitation to Tender. A single Contractor is required to deliver the entire scope of the Contract. It is envisaged that the Contract with the Successful Bidder shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at the Pioneer Group's sole discretion for up to 2 further years, giving a total potential period of 5 years. The estimated Contract commencement date is February 2024. Additional information: This procurement is being managed on behalf of the Pioneer Group by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited. The closing date for tender submissions is 12.00 hours on 18/12/2023. Tenders must be submitted via the Pioneer Delta e-tendering portal.
