About this contract
The aim is to provide a comprehensive community anticoagulation service which will serve patients, aged 16 and over, registered to a GP practice within the London Boroughs of Bexley who require: •Initiation of Warfarin Therapy OR non vitamin K antagonist New Oral Anticoagulant (NOAC) •On-going monitoring of INR for the purposes of ensuring oral warfarin (or other vitamin K oral anticoagulant) dose remains therapeutic – at least delivery of 65% time in therapeutic range for individual patients on vitamin K oral anticoagulants. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
