About this contract

The works comprise of replacement of Timber/Asbestos Cladding, Facia’s, Soffits and Barge Boards with UPVC equivalent and colour match where required (plus insulation where required). In conjunction with the replacement of Timber items new UPVC Rainwater goods will also be fitted. The works will be required to use level platform access to execute the works. Contract value not to exceed £125000.00 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
