About this contract

Castle Point Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to obtain quotes and award a contract for the provision of window cleaning services at the Main Council Offices, 2 Leisure Centres and across the 8 sheltered housing schemes and a number of blocks of flats. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
