About this contract

OPD PHEX replacement •Replacement of Plate Heat Exchangers ( PHEX ) & associated ancillary equipment Including 8 no pump sets, Replacement of Water Softening Plant , Refurbishment / replacement of Condensate receiver . •Partial refurbishment of Plant room including ancillary equipment , pipework & fittings . Pathology PHEX replacement •Replacement of 2 steam sets to LTHW Phex's & 2 steam to HWS Phex's including all ancillary equipment , pipework & fittings . •Replacement of 3 pump sets •Refurbishment of Condensate receiver •Investigation into under performing pumps & heating circuits Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
