About this contract

Basildon Borough Council are looking for a provider to manage and operate the Café and associated facilities at the recently restored Wickford Memorial Park Pavilion, including fit out of the Café. We are therefore keen to hear from prospective partners who are interested in delivering this offer by way of the operation of the café and also entering a dialogue as to how the wider facility could operate and benefit from the right partners involvement. The prospective provider is required to be enterprising, delivering community benefit where appropriate The tender opportunity encompasses: The Pavilion, inclusive of café, community / club room, sports changing facilities and public conveniences Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
