About this contract
The overall aim of the wider research programme is to investigate the benefits of waste licencing zones in terms of how this may affect waste collections, service costs and air pollution in urban and suburban areas. This specific tender relates to a second phase of analysis which will predominantly cover Local Authorities in suburban settings. WRAP are looking to appoint a contactor to create baseline models of movements of existing waste collection services and conduct scenario analysis for from both Local authorities in England (4 authorities) and Northern Ireland (either 2 or 3 authorities). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Electronic access to information: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/CG65J46M4F
