About this contract

Ashford and St.Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust requires a Lead /Principal Designer for the relocation of five services in an area of the state that is to be sold. Feasibility studies have been concluded and appropriate development space within the main hospital site identified. The Trust requires relocation of the First Steps Nursery, the small Estates team with workshop space, the transport section with a small office space and secure parking for vans, a single re-useable waste compactor, and staff car parking spaces that will be lost on the disposed land. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
