8, 9, 10 & 11 Imjin Close, Aldershot. GU11 1RH This terraced row of four houses in built on 3m of loose made up ground and is suffering from foundation movement. They are to be pile underpinned with the ground floor slab replaced with reinforced concrete on piles. Please note that all subcontractors used by CarillionAmey (Housing Prime) Limited need to go through a pre-qualification process. All operatives (direct and subcontract) will also need to be security vetted before working on the Contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
