About this contract

Great Places Housing Group - Plumlife Management , currently have in excess of 50 sites requiring Gardening Services. These sites are located throughout the North West of England. Our current garden services contracts are split between eleven providers and we anticipate awarding this work to no more than three providers. The current procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 Manchester South & Cheshire Lot 2 Manchester North & Oldham Lot 3 Blackpool, Fylde Coast & Preston Following evaluation, bidders will be awarded a maximum of two lots.
