About this contract

The FRC is a consortium of the following NHS Foundation Trusts:- Royal Brompton & Harefield; Royal Marsden and Chelsea & Westminster. The FRC also incorporates the Institute of Cancer Research. The scope of FM services includes Cleaning Services, Catering Services, Linen & Laundry Services, Retail Operations, Waste Management Services, Portering Services, Helpdesk Services and Security Services. Pest Control, Car Parking & Moves Management are also a potential requirement. Services are to be provided to a minimum of 6 sites. Contract length will be 5 (+1+1) years starting from October 2017 (subject to standstill and agreed terms).
