About this contract

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Asset Management provider with the necessary experience, skills and resource to meet the Authority's requirement for asset management of Freshney Place Shopping Centre. The provider shall provide the asset management services set out in this specification for Freshney Place Shopping Centre
