About this contract

South Gloucestershire Council and intending to put in place a Framework Agreement to provide labour top-up support for civil engineering labour/gangs required for the delivery of the Councils capital highways programmes. The supply of labour will supplement South Gloucestershire Council's inhouse StreetCare workforce for Civil Engineering (a) Labour and/or (b) Top-up Gangs.
