About this contract

Gateshead Council is looking to establish a Framework for the provision of Preliminary Roost Assessments (PRAs) and bird nesting assessments of Council housing properties scheduled for maintenance e.g. re-roofing, external wall insultation and other repairs and scheduled works. These initial assessments are required year-round. The Framework will be awarded to one or more Contractors up to a maximum of 4, or less if there are not 4 suitable Contractors to undertake the Contract.
