About this contract

The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Drugs of Abuse Testing Kits which may be used for general testing, specific testing and/or for incidents of drug misuse for our member trusts in the East and West Midlands. There may also be a requirement for "back to lab" confirmation analysis. Products to be included are urine specimen analysis including single urine drug testing strips and a range of multi-panel strip urine tests as well as oral fluid drug test swabs. There may also be a requirement testing and analysis of hair samples and DNA on occasions. Other accessories such as collection cups are also to be included. The tests required will include but are not exclusive to the following: Cannabis, Cocaine, Heroin, Opiates, Amphetamine, Benzodiazepine, Buprenorphine, Ketamine, Ethanol, Methadone, Morphine and Spice.
