About this contract

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Supply of Sports and PE Equipment. The Framework Agreement will commence on 1st January 2025 for a period of 4 years, without the option to extend, and will be awarded to one Supplier. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the documents as detailed in Clause 5.3 of Section 2: Tender Procedure of the Invitation to Tender by 14:00 on 29/10/2024.

For the establishment of a Single supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply of Sports and PE equipment using the Open Procedure. Additional information: The Framework Agreement is open to establishments where Hampshire County Council or Suffolk County Council is the employer such as but not limited to: Children's Services sites such as Pupil Referral units; Children's Homes; Children's Education Units and Outdoor Centres; educational establishments such as: free schools and local authority maintained schools, pre-schools, post 16 colleges, higher education institutions and independent schools; public sector, including Local Authorities, Police and Emergency Services, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and Hampshire Constabulary, NHS bodies and registered charities.£2,250,000
