About this contract

Framework Agreement for the Supply & Delivery of Heating, Plumbing and Associated Materials. This Framework is issued under an open process with no prior shortlisting. Following this tender exercise a maximum number of three bidders, who achieves the highest weighted tender score will be awarded a place on the Framework for each Lot. There are 5 Lots for this framework: • Non-metal pipework, PVCu gutters, downpipes and associated accessories • Steel tube and associated accessories • Copper pipe and associated accessories • • Valves and gauges and associated accessories * Radiators and associated accessories A rebate retrospective of 1% will be collected and will be based on all business transacted under this Framework for the Lots and any other purchases ie online catalogue awarded under this framework. This Contract will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement The documents must be downloaded from www.nepo.org and insert Reference DN 736928 within the supplier area The proposed framework is to be let with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 months from the actual end date.
