About this contract
Staffordshire County Council (SCC) on behalf of the Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership (SSRP), deliver the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) in Staffordshire. NDORS courses are currently delivered by SCC both online and within a classroom environment across Staffordshire. Fair geographical coverage is essential to ensure we have suitable locations for residents of Staffordshire but also to attract clients from neighbouring counties. Providing venues around the county, thus minimising client travel is important to our organisational carbon reduction responsibilities. One meeting room will be required per venue for approx. one day per week. Courses will be delivered at venues secured via three lots. Each venue for each lot should be able to provide one training room to be available from 8am to 6pm all year round (Mon-Fri) for at least one day per week to be pre-arranged and confirmed by us at least 3 months in advance. To view the essential criteria for a venue please refer to the NDORS Specification and SCC Specification available by registering an intertest and downloading the full suite of tender documents. Additional information: Suppliers should set up a profile on Proactis by completing their company details first. Then registering their interest to this specific tender opportunity by searching under reference IA3231. Any questions regarding this opportunity should go through the 'message function'. Please do not contact the Buyer direct.
