Linstone Housing are seeking to establish a Four Year Measured Term Contract for gutter cleaning services with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence by December 2023 and will operate at an annual anticipated cost of 63000 GBP excluding VAT. Additional information: Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
