About this contract

Following the acquisition of the Former Girls Charity School, 52-64 Poulton Street, Kirkham, by Fylde Council, the Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment and extension works to the property. The scheme will create a "white box" finish to accommodate a future bar/restaurant business for which the Council will be seeking a tenant.
